Returns & Exchanges

As each product is handcrafted and often made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, or personal liking.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

Once verified, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that slight variations in colour, brushstrokes, and artwork are a natural part of the handmade process and make every piece unique. These are not considered defects.

Customized or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
